GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE DESISLAVABG.COM WEBSITE AND THE RELATED MOBILE APPLICATIONS

Enforce Digital Ltd. is the trading company providing the Services through the administered Website.

"We", "us" or "DESISLAVABG.COM" refers to Enforce Digital.

User
"User" or "You" or "You" refers to you as a user of the Services. A User is someone who accesses or uses the Services for the purpose of purchasing products, sharing, viewing, hosting, publishing, concluding transactions, uploading information or viewing images and includes other persons who jointly participate in the use of the Services.
Services
"Services" are any and all services that Enforce Digital Ltd., through the Website may offer to the User.
User Profile
"User Profile" is a separate part of the Website, containing information about the User, required by DESISLAVABG.COMduring registration. Access to the User Profile by the User is performed by entering an email or phone number and password.
Contents
"Content" should include (but is not limited to) images, photos, audio, video, location data, 'place locations', and any other form of information or data.
Your Content
"Your Content" or "User Content" is the content posted by you as a User of the Website. It includes, but is not limited to, what you upload, share or transmit through or in connection with the Services, such as: likes, ratings, reviews, images, photos, messages, your Profile information, and any other materials, which you display publicly or appear in your Profile.

3.5. Messages from DESISLAVABG.COM and other Users

4. SHOPPING
DESISLAVABG.COM allows its visitors to shop remotely. The goods are purchased through the Website in the following ways:
4.1. By registering a user profile. The order information contains a list of ordered products, customer names, contact phone number and delivery address. By registering, the client actively chooses to accept these General Terms.
4.2. No user profile registration. The order information contains a list of the ordered products, the names of the customer, a contact phone number and a delivery address. In case of purchase without registration, acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions is required for each order.
4.3. Quick Order / Order made by phone

4.4. Order Cancellation
The buyer has the right to cancel his order at any time before the order is sent for delivery. In this case, the contract of sale is considered terminated.
5. RIGHT TO REFUSE PURCHASE
The consumer has the right to return purchased goods on the site within 14 days, according to Bulgarian law, in particular the Consumer Protection Act, Article 50.
In case of cancellation of the purchase, the monetary value paid by the buyer will be returned in full within 7 working days.
To be eligible for return, the purchase must be in commercial form, ie not used and the integrity of the packaging must not be damaged.
In case of cancellation of the purchase, the buyer is obliged to bear the cost of return delivery.

6. PAYMENTS
Payments on the Website related to the purchase of products are made only by Postal Money Order (POF).
7. CHANGES IN THE TERMS
DESISLAVABG.COM may change, amend or update these General Terms and Conditions, from time to time, at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions from time to time and to ensure that you are in constant compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Use of the Services following such changes or changes to the Terms shall be deemed to be an express acceptance of the amended / amended Terms and an agreement to be bound by these amended / amended Terms.
8. TRANSLATION OF TERMS

14. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

14.2. 15. DIVISIBILITY

16. TERMINATION
16.1. You may terminate the Terms at any time by closing your Profile, discontinuing use of the Website or providing DESISLAVABG.COM with a notice of termination.
16.2. We may close your User Account, terminate your ability to use portions of the Website and / or deny you complete access to the Services, with or without cause, without notice or any liability.
